These are the ground rules for using Styola — short, clear, and honest.
These Terms govern your use of styola.com, our mobile app, and any service we operate under the Styola brand. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the platform you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use Styola. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
Styola hosts a catalogue from a curated set of brands and independent merchants. Product descriptions, photos, and stylist notes are intended to be accurate, but small variations in colour or finish can occur between batches and between displays. The order confirmation is a request — your contract for sale forms only when we accept your order and dispatch it.
Payment is taken at checkout for online methods (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) and at delivery for Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment partner — we do not store full card details. If your bank declines a transaction or a payment is reversed after dispatch, we may pause delivery or close the order until the issue is resolved.
We ship across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are best-effort and not guaranteed — weather, strikes, festivals, and remote pin codes can extend timelines. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed over to you or to a person at your address.
Your Styola Wallet holds promotional credit, referral cashback, and refunds. Credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire as noted in any promotion. We may adjust your wallet balance if we discover a transaction was made in error or in breach of these Terms.
You can post ratings, reviews, and photos for products you have purchased. By submitting content you confirm that it is your own, accurate, and not abusive or unlawful, and you grant Styola a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and adapt it on the platform. We may remove content that breaches these rules or our community guidelines.
Use Styola for personal, lawful shopping only. Do not scrape the catalogue, abuse promotional codes, attempt to break or interfere with the service, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend access if you do.
The Styola name, logo, site design, photography we produce, and software are owned by Styola or our licensors. Brand names and product photos belong to their respective rights holders and are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without consent.
Styola integrates with third parties for payments, shipping, fraud prevention, maps, and notifications. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them through Styola.
To the extent permitted by law, Styola is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any single order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law.
We may update the catalogue, features, and these Terms over time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified by email and reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We'd much rather work things out informally first — please write to us before taking any other step.
