14 days from delivery for unworn items with tags still on. From My Orders → Return on any item, we'll send a courier to pick it up — no need to drop anything off.
Refunds are issued once the returned item passes a quick quality check at our warehouse. Wallet refunds appear within 24 hours; UPI / card refunds take 5–7 business days to land back in your account.
